The residual current operated circuit breaker tester is a leakage current testing device designed and developed by our company according to the requirements of electronic and electromagnetic leakage products.
The test bench is composed of relays, LCD screens, circuit boards, transformers and other components. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and can automatically test the product according to the selected process. The equipment is easy to operate and has high testing efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for circuit breaker manufacturers to conduct batch rapid testing of circuit breakers. Usage conditions
1. Temperature: (10-35)℃, and the 24-hour daily average temperature does not exceed 35℃.
2. Relative humidity: When the temperature is below 25℃, the maximum relative humidity is 80%. when the temperature is 40℃, the relative humidity decreases linearly to 50%.
3. Pollution level: Level 2.
4. Altitude: The altitude of the use site does not exceed 2000m.
5. Workplace: There should be no obvious mechanical vibration, no large amount of dust and corrosive gas, no strong electromagnetic interference and other radiation interference around.
6. Air pressure requirement: 0.5-0.8MPa.

20. Leakage tester The leakage tester is mainly composed of DSP28335, FPDA, AD9954 digital frequency module, Main core parts:
DSP28335 chip
DSP28335 uses 32-bit floating point numbers and a main frequency of 150MHz. The practical development board adopts the core board and split mode.
DSP28335 has 34k*16-bit single-cycle single-access random access memory SRAM, which is divided into 10 blocks,
respectively M0, M1, L0-L7. There are also 256k*16-bit embedded FLASH memory and 1k*16-bit one-time editable EEPROM memory, which are protected by user passwords.
AD9954 digital frequency module: using advanced technology, built-in a high-performance DAC, forming a complete digital programming, high-frequency synthesizer can generate up to 150MHz agile analog output sine wave. It can realize fast frequency hopping, and also has precise frequency adjustment (0.01Hz) and phase harmonics (0.022 degree interval) with a default program of 1Hz. The device has built-in static RAM, supports scanning functions in multiple modes, and supports user-defined linear scanning working mode.
