The three-phase AC flow control load box has a built-in pure resistive load, which can be adjusted from 1A to 64A within the range of 200V to 240V. It can simulate various power loads in any combination to meet the needs of full-load detection of charging piles. It is an essential detection tool for production workshops, laboratories, installation and debugging, and scientific research and development.

High reliability stability
●The internal carrier adopts alloy resistor, which is small in size, good in heat dissipation, strong in load capacity, strong in impact resistance and high in stability. It can ensure the quality of the product and long-term continuous working performance.
Strong overload capacity
●Load part: The load is a long-term working system and can work continuously for 24 hours. 5 times overload, 5 seconds, the carrier has no damage.
●Within 30 minutes, the load is 1.2 times the load without any damage.
(1) According to the performance parameter detection requirements, the corresponding power can be controlled and set, and the discharge power can be set in any combination.
(2) Load box classification: 200-250V per phase. 1-64A adjustable, minimum step 1A.
(3) LCD panel can simultaneously display the voltage, current and power parameters of each phase.
(4) The analog load should use low temperature drift (temperature coefficient <.250ppm), high reliability and accuracy components, and the loading accuracy should meet the relevant requirements of HB6492.
(5) The power input is controlled by a segmented switch. The load works in an energy-consuming manner, and the heat dissipation adopts a forced air cooling method.
(6) The fan adopts a large axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise.
