The three-phase AC flow control load box has a built-in pure resistive load, which is adjustable from 1A to 64A within the range of 200V to 240V. It can simulate various power loads in any combination to meet the needs of full-load testing of charging piles. It is an essential testing tool for production workshops, laboratories, installation and commissioning, and scientific research and development.

Strong Overload Capacity
● Loading: The load is designed for long-term operation, capable of 24-hour continuous operation. A 5x overload can be applied for 5 seconds without damage to the load.
● A 1.2x overload can be applied for 30 minutes without damage to the load.
Main technical parameters
(1) According to the performance parameter detection requirements, the corresponding power can be controlled and set, and the discharge power can be set in any combination.
(2) Load box classification: 1-64A adjustable within 200-250V per phase, with a minimum step of 1A.
(3) LCD panel can simultaneously display the voltage, current and power parameters of each phase.
(4) The analog load should use low temperature drift (temperature coefficient <250ppm), high reliability and accuracy components, and the loading accuracy should meet the relevant requirements of HB6492.
(5) The power input is controlled by a segmented switch. The load works in an energy-consuming mode, and the heat dissipation adopts a forced air cooling mode.
(6) The fan adopts a large axial flow fan with the characteristics of large air volume, good heat dissipation and low noise.
